This Olympic Bumper Plate features minimal bounce and long-lasting durability. Each plate is outfitted with a 2" stainless-steel, Olympic-sized insert and measures 17.72" (IWF Standard) in diameter, with 2.375" thickness.  

Unlike cast-iron plates, bumper plates help protect your flooring when dropped, thanks to their rubber exterior.
