This sturdy and well-built Flat /Incline /Decline Bench from ATOP Sports offers the ultimate in bench adjustments and support.

Features comfortable and durable 2" thick, moulded foam pads with vinyl exterior for both the backrest and seat, a 7-position, ladderback adjustment system that allows you to move from a full decline to military press position quickly, a 3-position adjustable seat that provides ergonomically correct angles for the decline, flat, and incline bench positions, and a leg holder attachment with foam padding to keep your legs locked into place when performing decline movements. 

Finally, a front handle along with a set of transport wheels allows you to move the bench around with ease. 

Thanks to its Ladderback style adjustments, this bench can switch between positions with ease!
